• "Xactware" is a National Computer software company who has for many years provided insurance companies and contractors with an estimating program acceptable to all parties. We have separate lists provided by "Xactimate" for each county or area that we service to assure accuracy of pricing. With this system, a large estimate can be completed the same day as it is seen.   CONTENTS PACK-OUT & WAREHOUSING

• Some losses require contents to be quickly removed from a dwelling to assure their safety and protect them from further damage. Part of our service is to immediately inventory the contents. All items are individually wrapped and boxed for protection. Our technicians set aside any total loss items for inclusion on the total loss contents inventory sheets. If desired, our staff will assist with this process. When prepared, the contents are transported in a professional manner to our warehouse for restoration. Our facility has a full cleaning area with a large ozone deodorizing chamber and long term storage areas. At the completion of contruction services to the structure, we move back and set-up the contents at the insured's direction. We pride ouselves in the quality of the service we offer.
